20 weeks to go!


After a sluggish Christmas break I am starting to organinse my Bodybuilding lifestyle.
  • Bang on 1/1/11 00:01 I stopped alcohol, sweets and white bread.
  • By 14th I had two full weeks of workout and it had gone well although I still didn't have the 'killer instincts' back. 
 Now it's time to crank it up and this is how I intend to get the shape I want.
